No. We do not charge homeowners or real estate agents. Your listing agreement and commission stay exactly as they are.
Will you take over my listing?
No. You remain the listing agent. We support the file behind the scenes: hardship documentation, the short sale package, and follow-up with the servicer.
Can you stop a foreclosure sale?
No one can promise that. What we can do is help get a complete short sale package in front of the servicer as early as possible, which is what gives the lender a reason to review the file before the sale date.
